Our power supply and inverter products are fully manufactured in our own LEYU workshop.

The production process follows strict standard procedures:

1. SMT component mounting for PCB boards

Automated SMT equipment accurately places electronic components onto PCBs. High-precision mounting improves consistency and reduces manual soldering defects.

2. Through-hole Insertion Line

Workers insert through-hole electronic components on the assembly line before wave soldering. Strict visual inspection is performed after component placement.

3. Assembly & Soldering Station

Assembly and soldering work are completed on ESD workbenches. Anti-static measures protect sensitive electronic parts from static damage.

4. Burn-in Test Rack

All finished power supplies go through a 48-hour continuous burn-in aging test under rated load. This step screens out potential early failures and ensures long-term stable operation.

5. Aging Load Station

Products run continuously on aging racks to simulate real working conditions. We monitor output voltage, current and temperature throughout the test period.

6. Final Performance Inspection

Each unit is tested with professional instruments to verify output parameters, protection functions and safety performance before packing.

LEYU maintains a complete in-house manufacturing workflow: SMT mounting → through-hole insertion → wave soldering → 48h burn-in aging → final inspection → ESD-safe packaging. Every production link follows standardized quality control, supporting reliable industrial power supplies and inverters for global customers.
